Shipping Information
All of our products except our kayaks are shipped by us using United Parcel Service (UPS), we will try to ship your order as fast as humanly posssible. You should recieve your purchased item within a maximum of three weeks. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box and we apologize but currrently we cannot ship overseas.
Returns
We have a thirty day exchange policy from the date you recieve your item from UPS. If a product is not the correct size you may exchange it, however because we are a small company you will need to pay return shipping to us and shipping back to yourself. Please be cafeful when ordering your size. Your card will be charged upon completion of your exchange for shipping back to you. We will happily exchange or credit your account if you are unhappy with your purchase. Labels must remain on all garmets for returns. Use of the garmet will void your return privilages, this includes garmets that have been used in fresh or salt water, have been stained or soiled, or have been damaged by you. We will do our best to inspect every garmet that is shipped for quality control. There is a possibility we may miss something so upon arrival of your garmet please call us if you notice the garmet has been damaged and we will make arrangements for a paid return for exchange. We value your business and will do whatever we can to make your purchase an easy and painless experience.
